Do I need special hardware?
No. Qogusto runs as a web app (PWA) on tablet, phone or laptop — nothing to install, no app store. The TSE (fiscal security module) comes as a cloud solution (no hardware at all) or as a hardware variant; a receipt printer (ESC/POS) can be connected but, thanks to e-receipts, is not a must.
Does the till work without internet?
Yes. Ringing up and cashing out continue offline. As soon as the network is back, the system syncs automatically and pulls in the TSE signatures gap-free — no sale is lost.
What about a cash audit or tax inspection?
The complete DSFinV-K export (version 2.3, all files) is ready at the press of a button. Every sale is TSE-signed from the moment it is entered (§146a AO), the journal is append-only (GoBD) — corrections become new entries, nothing is overwritten.
How do my staff get in — does everyone need an email?
An invite code is enough; you do not need your own mail server. The team app is a PWA (no app store). Staff set their own password; forgotten passwords are reset by the shift lead with a reset code.
Where is my data?
Self-hosted in the EU. Every venue is strictly isolated from the next via row-level security — even multiple locations and entities under one login only see their own data. The GDPR erasure policy is not a sticker but built in.
Can I manage multiple locations or entities?
Yes. The structure is organisation → legal entity → location → till. Reports are available per location or across everything — switching is one click, no new login.
